崗位職責：
1、獨立完成繪圖任務；
2、協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理或高層領導進行輔助設計；
3、有較強的設計能力，能帶領助理設計師獨立完成項目中的設計任務；
4、完成項目相關的分析和調研；
5、完成項目相關的數(shù)據(jù)整理分析，匯報設計計算，以及相應的計劃和渲染表現(xiàn)任務；
6、協(xié)助施工文件、模型的制作以及材料列表、匯報等資料的準備；
7、參加公司現(xiàn)有的項目或潛在項目的內部及外部會議；
8、提供任何額外方式的支持，協(xié)助保證項目的順利進行。
任職資格：
1、本科及以上學歷，建筑專業(yè)，3-5年本專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗；
2、具有典型代表性的優(yōu)秀作品履歷；
3、具有方案設計能力、較強的審美及平面設計技巧；
4、熟練掌握AutoCAD、Adobe 等設計類軟件，及Office 系列軟件；
5、熟練運用至少一種三維模型軟件，如3DS MAX , Sketch-up或Rhino 等；
6、工作嚴謹，關注細節(jié)；
7、具有較強的組織協(xié)調能力。

Responsibilities:
1.Independently complete drafting assignments.
2.Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy.
3.Strong design ability to lead assistant designers to complete the design tasks of the project independently.
4.Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project.
5.Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings.
6.Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review.
7.Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects.
8.Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3-5 years of work experience in the field or in a related area.
2.Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities.
3.Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
4.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages and Microsoft Office.
5.Experienced in working with 3DS MAX , Sketch-up or Rhino.
6.Rigorous attention to detail work.
7.Excellent organizational skills.
