重點大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計或相關(guān)專業(yè)
具有五年以上城市規(guī)劃或建筑設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，熟悉國內(nèi)規(guī)劃相關(guān)規(guī)范
具有較強的方案構(gòu)思及專業(yè)技能，能夠作為骨干完成大型項目的方案規(guī)劃
熟練操作Auto CAD、Photoshop等繪圖排版軟件
具有良好的溝通能力，以及項目管理的經(jīng)驗。具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)能力，及一定的團隊管理能力
有境外學(xué)習(xí)、工作，或外資工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in Urban Design or other relative disciplines earned in key universities
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in urban planning or architecture; familiar with national codes and standards
Proficient in planning and relevant operations; can play a key role in planning for large-scale projects
Well-versed with draft applications such as Auto CAD and Photoshop
Good communication skills; experienced in project management; good leadership and coordination skills
Candidates with overseas working or studying experience, or experience in foreign-capital enterprises are preferred
